Keys

We are off to get our apartments keys today!
Moving in at the end of the week.. we need to start packing.

New York, New York

A couple of weeks ago I had the chance to visit my friend who is recently living in Brooklyn.
After a 12 hour bus ride, we made it to New York. I fell in love with the city immediately, especially Williamburg, where my friend is currently living.
I had an amazing time hanging out with lovely friends who I don't get to see nearly enough.

This is her place, I adore it.

Busy Streets

Great friends.

One day..one day I will get to go back. I absolutely love to travel, it's such a wonderful experience to discover new places. Makes me look forward to the summer road trip coming my way! :)

I'm being lazy before work.

I should be cleaning, getting organized, working on a million things.
Instead I'm thinking about fridge notes...

and more bike rides with you!

Busy times.

Two weddings (none mine, ha) a stag and doe, three bridal showers, my loves b-day, bachelorette party, New York trip, moving, working weird hours soooo much going on that it’s a little over whelming. To be honest my first reaction is to complain or become anxious about so much in such a short time frame but I stop and think about how great all these things are and how grateful I am to be a part of it.

My sister / one of my favorite people on the planet getting married to her man, my friend who is the closest thing I know to a brother. Of course I will attend anything that relates to the second biggest day of her life! (the first being my adorable nephew)
The hunt for the perfect apartment with my love into our ” first” official landlord knowing home. I couldn't be more excited to find a place we both adore, can design, and spend many hours just hanging out in.
Everything is coming up groovy lately and I couldn’t be happier.

If my life turned into a horror movie the setting would defiantly take place at my work, there is something very eerie about the after-hours office environment.

The only sounds throughout the floor is my own typing and the constant humming from my computer. I can imagine myself hiding from the ghost of employee past out to destroy all current workers of this hellish job.

The one lonely office chair rolling past my desk with no one on it, cubical walls falling down on their own, staplers and paper clips flying through the air.
My grand escape ruined by the security man asleep at his post.

Oh the horror!

I think I need a new job.
