Good things come to those who wait.

I never been a huge wedding fanatic, but learned this weekend how magical they can really be.
After my sister waited patiently for seven years she tied the knot with the man of her dreams.

I was lucky enough to be the maid of honor and watched over the last two years while she put so much energy into planning her big day. It was wonderful and made me feel very lucky to be a part of it.

Days like that make you appreciate the people in our lives.. my sister, my new official brother in law, family, friends and of course the love of my life.
It’s life lessons that make me truly believe that good things happen to those who wait. Never to force love it will happen when it happens. Thankfully I found my dream boat.

The day started off gloomy with threats of rain and thunderstorms at times Lisa thought the ceremony would need to be moved inside. As soon as we headed to the car the sun came out and everything fell into place.
I think I was more nervous than the bride who seemed pretty cool and calm. Lisa walked down the aisle looking like a classic movie star making her husband teary eyed.

It was everything they could of hoped for the reception was wonderful, somehow I managed to make it through my speech! It was amazing times!

Dancing up a storm!
